Interest Rate Data — Consumer Data Right (Open Banking)

Australia's Open Banking regime (Consumer Data Right, CDR) requires all Authorised Deposit-taking Institutions (ADIs) to publish product reference data via standardised public APIs. This means we can pull real-time, structured rate data directly from each bank — without relying on commercial partnerships or manual data entry.

CDR endpoint pattern:
GET https://{cdr-host}/cds-au/v1/banking/products
GET https://api.cdr.gov.au/cdr-register/v1/banking/data-holders/brands

Data is refreshed weekly. Each lender page shows the CDR lastUpdated timestamp. Rates reflect the lender's published product data — actual rate depends on LVR, credit profile, and property details.

LMI Premiums

LMI premium estimates are derived from published rate guides from Helia (formerly Genworth) and QBE LMI — Australia's two Lenders Mortgage Insurance providers. Premiums are approximations; actual premiums are set by the lender's preferred insurer and your specific loan details.

Construction Drawdown Stages

Standard 5-stage drawdown percentages follow the HIA Lump Sum Building Contract and AS 4000-2024 General Conditions of Contract. These are the industry-standard progress payment schedules used by most volume builders in Australia.
